Green Remodeling

I have heard it said that in order to have a green home, "you need to pick a green builder, and build a new home". Not surprisingly, it was stated by none other than a green builder!

The concept of "Green" involves several issues. To mention a few, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. There really are many others, but I would like to point out that RE-modeling covers ALL THREE! Building new makes a HUGE impact when it comes to "reducing". The rest of the 3 R's can be addressed in Remodeling just as easily as it is in new construction.

The products and procedures involved in remodeling can be extremely green as well! There is nothing a new home builder can do that a Remodeler can't do better! After all, anyone can start fresh from the ground up, but to take something that exists (and is likely of much greater quality and craftsmanship) and make it better, takes a great deal more expertise and creativity.

In this "throw-away" world, home is no place to take for granted!

What "GREEN" can we do for you!?

Remodeling Experiences

In today's Remodeling industry, there are many experiences people have. What have your experiences been, and why?

Some of the best investments made in homes today are "livability" improvements!

Kitchens and baths continue to sustain a great ROI, but more and more, people are going outside, just out the back door, to create spaces that are being widely used for entertaining, watching movies, and just some good old fashioned relaxation!
